Signing in to your Smartiflix account page is passwordless, so there is no password to remember. Just follow these steps:

  1. Go to the account page on Smartiflix.store.
  2. Enter the email address you used when you ordered.
  3. We email you a 6-digit code right away.
  4. Type that code in to log in.

Once you are in, your Smartiflix login details (username, password, and server) appear on the page automatically. Please note this code is only for the account page. To open a support ticket, sign in with your order email (we send a 6-digit code, no password), and you can check an existing ticket any time with just its reference code.
